Recent flooding has left Houston residents in trouble after the storm rampaged through. Many people are in need of help and Team Rubicon has taken it upon themselves to do what they can. Operation Moonshot is a group of 50 active duty and veterans that have already put in over 1,200 hours of work to help the residents across Houston.
“A lot of areas are starting to come on the up,” Cline added. “But [the residents] are all really overwhelmed and tired. Most of their homes got flooded, and they were still feeling very overwhelmed and very emotional.”
Team Rubicon is expecting to stay through mid-May as many residents still need help.
