Event Request – Email Accounts

Please utilize this request form to obtain email accounts for your event committee members. These dedicated email accounts will enhance your team’s professionalism during outreach efforts.

All email requests will be reviewed and approved by the National Events Team prior to account creation. Submissions must be made by the Event Director for each respective event.

Approved email accounts will adhere to the standard format (e.g., [email protected]) and will include the official Shootout for Soldiers email signature to ensure compliance with SFS brand standards.

All fields in the form below are required.

 

At least once a year, an audit will be completed on email accounts to ensure they are being used. Any email account that is not being used may be terminated.
