“Last year was the first time Shootout for Soldiers happened in New England,” Sullivan said. “I couldn’t be more excited for the next iteration to kick off with registration on 1 March 2016! This year, University of Massachusetts Lowell has graciously offered their excellent facilities to host the Shootout for Soldiers on June 3-4. Not only do they have first class facilities but they also have both men’s and women’s division I lacrosse teams competing this summer. Additionally, Umass Lowell is home to a large Veteran’s population which we are excited to interact with. The River Hawks are going to be a great hosts for this year’s SFS!

We are looking to double the number of teams we had participate last year. We believe the timing of the event is perfect for boys, girls, men’s and women’s teams to sign up to play. Want to play under the lights? We have slots for that. Play a game before your morning coffee? We’ve got slots for that too!
