You may remember her from last year. She officiated Shootout for Soldiers Baltimore during the late night hours. Chasing lacrosse balls in the pouring down rain, Charlie boosted everyone’s mood while outfitted in her black and white striped outfit. The GoPro rig on her back went side as she shuffled all around the turf field. She made a lot of friends at SFS Baltimore, so we decided to tell her story.
